Technical Consultant

We are seeking technical professionals who will be responsible for successfully implementing HRMS solutions for our clients, as well as helping our clients achieve measurable business efficiency improvements. We’re looking for professionals with hands-on experience supporting HR or Payroll functions. As part of our team of talented HRMS experts, you will help manage long-term client relationships by supporting software implementations, solving technical issues, and providing on-going customer support.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • College degree or equivalent;
  • 2-4 years of business management software experience, preferably in HRMS.
  • Strong problem solving skills, and attention to details and follow-up.
  • Data migration, application integration, and custom reporting experience.
  • Experience with ADP, Ceridian, or Sage Abra strongly preferred.
  • Team player who emphasizes results for clients.
  • Possesses solid written and verbal communication skills, and is comfortable communicating with clients face-to-face.

Sales Consultant

If you’re an outgoing, dynamic person who enjoys technology, fast-paced challenges, and interacting with people, we want to hear from you! We are looking for professionals with sales experience, including telephone sales, but this experience does not have to be in the software industry. This is a great opportunity to learn about the software business from industry experts with a solid track record of sales success.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • College degree or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of prior experience working within a sales organization, including outbound telephone sales.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, and strong work ethic.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and a desire to learn.
  • Prior experience in a similar industry is a plus, but not required.
